The collectible & Gift Members' Club is our way of saying thanks! The Club was designed with you in
mind. Every dollar you spend at our store earns you points for award certificates. The more you spend,
the more you earn. It's easy!
To begin earning your award certificates, just fill out the following enrollment form. As a Club member, you begin
earning points towards award certificates with your first in-store purchase.
For every $200 you spend at our store, you receive a $10 award certificate good towards the
collectibles and gifts you want. Spend $400, get two $10 certificates. There is no limit!

Rules & Guidelines

To earn points, you must present you Collectible & Gift Members' Club
card each time you make a purchase at our store.
|
|
2.
|
If you forget your card, save your receipt and present it
next time you visit our store. Your account will be credited at that time.
|
|
3.
|
Collectible & Gift Members' Club members must keep their
personal information file up to date by reporting any changes in
name, address, etc. to our store.
|
|
4.
|
Your Collectible & Gift Members' Club card is not a charge card.
|
|
5.
|
Members of the Collectible & Gift Members' Club will be awarded
one point per each dollar spent on the purchase of regularly priced merchandise
at our store.
|
|
6.
|
Collectible & Gift Members' Club cards have no cash value.
|
|
7.
|
Certificates will be mailed to you and expire six months after date of issue.
|
|
8.
|
There will be no cash refunds and no points earned when redeeming
Collectible & Gift Members' Club certificates.
|
|
9.
|
Members earn points when they purchase store gift certificates at our store,
however points are not issued when the gift certificate is redeemed.
|
|
10.
|
Collectible & Gift Members' Club cards and certificates are nontransferable.
Lost/stolen or additional cards will be issued for $5.00 each.
Lost/stolen certificates will not be replaced.

|
Earned points will be carried over annually.
You never lose a point in the Collectible & Gift Members' Club.
|
|
12.
|
The point value of merchandise returned will be deducted form your
current Collectible & Gift Members' Club point balance.
|
|
13.
|
Store employees, corporations and institutional accounts are not eligible
for Club Memberships.
|
|
14.
|
The Collectible & Gift Members' Club will not sell or rent your name,
address, or personal information to any other company or organization.
|
|
15.
|
Our store may cancel or change the Collectible & Gift Members' Club
at any time, with written notice to members.
|
|
16.
|
If the Collectible & Gift Members' Club is cancelled,
membership fees will not be refunded.
|
|
17.
|
The Collectible & Gift Members' Club has an annual membership
charge of $5.00 per member due at the time of club enrollment.
|
|
18.
|
The Store, at its sole discretion, can select the product(s)
included in this program, without notice to members.
