What is the Virtual Shopping Cart
Shopping for collectibles on the World Wide Web has never been easier. With our "shopping cart" technology, just point and click and the merchandise is shipped to your door. Just like a real shopping cart, the customer is able to add and remove items to their Virtual Shopping Cart while continuing to browse. When the customer is done shopping (browsing), they then proceed to the "check out counter" to purchase all of the items in their cart at one time.

Create an Account
To create an account, click on the "Log In" link that appears in the left navigation bar. This will bring you to the Log In Screen, which gives you the option to create an account. All of the information passed, and pages viewed, from this point forward, is over our secure connection. Creating an account is broken into two steps:

  • Enter your e-mail address.
    Notes: Please enter a valid address unique to you, only one account can be created per e-mail address. You will need this address to Log In for future visits.
  • Enter address information (billing and shipping) and create a password.
    Notes: The password you will also need to Log In for future visits.
Once the account creation is complete, the information is stored and you will be directed to your myProfile page. Logging In will not be necessary during this session.

Log In
You must Log In to have access to your personal information.

myProfile
You are able to access this page at any time, after you Log In. From this page you will be able to edit all of your personal information, such as:

  • Billing Address
  • Shipping Address
    Note: You're allowed multiple shipping addresses, but one must always be on file.
  • Credit Cards
    Note: You're allowed multiple credit cards.
This page also supplies you with helpful links, such as viewing your past orders.

Add Item To Cart
When you spot the product you would like to order, look for the "Add To Cart" button (usually within or directly below the product's information). By clicking on this button, you will be adding the product to your shopping cart.

View Items In Cart
You are able to do this at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart link located in the upper right of the screen (just below today's date). This will list all of the items that you have placed in (added to) your shopping cart. If you have made a mistake and would like to remove an item, or change the quantity of an item, this screen will allow you to do so. Also, this screen is the only screen that will allow you to proceed to the check out.

Change the Quantity of an Item
Proceed to the Shopping Cart (View Cart) Screen. Identify the item you would like to change the quantity for. Select the current quantity in that row. This will bring you to a page where you are able change the quantity to your desire.

Remove Item from Cart
Proceed to the Shopping Cart (View Cart) Screen. Identify the item you would like removed from your virtual shopping cart and select "Remove" from within that same row. When selecting this, the item will be removed, and your items listing will be refreshed reflecting the current deletion.

Check Out
After verifying that the correct items are in your shopping cart, select "Check Out" at the bottom of the Shopping Cart (View Cart) page. At this time, you will begin viewing pages over a secure connection. The Check Out page will give you the opportunity to select a shipping address, add or select a credit card, and enter in any coupon codes that you may have.

Verify Order
After completing and/or selecting all of the information on the Check Out page, select "Verify Order." The Verify Order page calculates and displays the final dollar total (including any shipping costs and coupon discounts), along with the selected Shipping Address and Credit Card. Check over this information to make sure if it's correct.

Process Order
Once "Process Order" is selected on the Verify Order page, you will be greeted by a thank you message followed by an e-mail with additional information. The e-mail message will contain:

  • Order Number - Always refer (include) this number when asking questions about your order.
  • Contact Information - Who to contact if you have any questions or concerns.

Log Out
Logging out is done automatically when your browser is closed. If you wish to Log Out but not close your browser, simply click the Log Out link located in the left navigation bar or in the top navigation bar in the myGrandma's section.

Shipping Information
All packages will be shipped within 24 business hours. Shipping costs are as follows: $4.50 to anywhere in the continental USA, unless otherwise notied (FREE if the total order is over $100.00).

You are unable to move (or copy) your personal information over to a new e-mail address. Due to security issues, you must create a new account. When you do so, please state that you're doing so in a short e-mail message and send it to: mygrandmas@grandmascc.com This will enable us to keep our records up to date.
